CREATIVITY
When we exercise both hemispheres of the brain, we are more creative.
MULTIPLE INTELIGENCE
Allowing students to develop a variety of skills—from problem-solving to empathy and self-reflection—prepares them to face diverse life challenges.
WELLNESS
Emphasizing the development of awareness to strengthen overall well-being: physical, mental, and social.
This report presents the results of evaluations conducted with a group of 17 older adults who participated over a six-month period in the Art & Health program, developed at CAC and held twice a week.
At the end of each session, participants completed a questionnaire designed to assess, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the impact of the methodology on key indicators of creativity and well-being.
As shown in the chart to the right, the Art & Health methodology demonstrates a highly positive impact on the overall well-being of older adults. These findings were further supported by an official evaluation conducted by the General Manager of CAC’s Wellness Programs at the time.
This evaluation was carried out by the creator of the methodology himself and lead instructor of the sessions, Master Orestes González, ensuring a deep and firsthand understanding of the participants' experiences and personal growth.
